Life Drawing 1

My life drawings from this semesters drawing for animation class. ^_^

So many people hate this class! WHY! I really enjoy it, probably because I am actually getting better and that makes me happy. But oh my gosh people, you should like this class! Plus kay is nice, shes not mean like people whine about.

anyway some info about each week,

Week 1 - Was just some crappy chair, a "cloud drawing" thing, didnt bother putting it in. ^_^

Week 2 - Some random items we had to draw, doing cross referencing and sheeet to make sure they were right.

Week 3 - First week of life drawing for this class, and my first ever go at life drawing. This girl was actually skinny XD I failed epic and in the drawing she is like 2x the size that she actually was, I think its the same girl from week 12 actually.

Week 4 - This girl was skinny too I think. I felt so bad making them all bigger than they were. XD

Week 5 - I was pretty happy with these, she was actually the right size in these! yay. XD I think this is the same girl as week 14.

Week 6 - This girl was actually pretty big, so size is right, but there are alot of things off, especially in the sitting one. Wasnt too happy with this week.

Week 7 - body was too long I think... Pretty happy with from hips down though. I think I also had a charcole drawing with this one (I think it was this week) and I really liked it, but the stupid spray didnt work and its almost all smudged off now ...

Week 8 - Holiday, no class)

Week 9 - Cloud drawings again, these are hard, but i actually fixed up the weight so she wasnt fat in these.

Week 10 - First go at foreshortening, I think i did ok. Happy-ish with this.

Week 11 - First male model, I liked them at the time, especially the sitting, but now they are both pissing me off, and I dont know why. XD maybe its their lack of heads/faces.

Week 12 - I like this one. I couldnt get the legs right and they are rather rushed, because she had them like twisted around and I was like wtf... then it was like 2mins to go and I was like AHH shit i see what i did wrong. fail.

Week 13 - Lots of gestural ones in this week, but this is the only drawing i uploaded. I was really happy with this one and it makes me go yay I am improving. She is leaning on a stick by the way.

Week 14 - Final week and I am happy with both of the long term drawings we did The body of the laying pose was too long in the end but I realised it when we had like 5mins left. Damn me and my lousy cross referencing. I like the sitting one though.

ENJOY! I dont mind comments, but its hard to critique them when you cant see the model, you know?

Will upload other stuff soon too. I havent labelled this mature because it doesnt have any details. Hope thats ok.
